I decided to try it because we were out of bird seed and it’s not something that ever has a coupon, so I put in my first order yesterday with a $10 promo code.
Here is my order – I made the order first thing in the morning and chose the time between 6 and 7 PM for pickup. (You will see the times available when you go to checkout.)
When you check out, be sure to enter your promo code. You will be asked for your cell number and if you want to be texted.
I received a text at 5:48 PM (and an email) that my order was ready. When you are ready to leave to go pick up your order, you can either go through the Walmart Grocery App and click that you are leaving … or you can call the number that they give you.
I decided to go through the Walmart Grocery APP. There are orange parking spaces to pull into … and the app told them exactly when I arrived!
An employee came out about 1 minute later with my order! I was pleased that they were so quick! So, yes, with the experience I had, I would recommend this service. I am not sure, however, how I would feel about them choosing things like produce for me.
So get your $10 off coupon and try it out! Unfortunately, you cannot use manufacturer coupons, so if you are a couponer, you might want to order things that you don’t have coupons for.
