$3 Ebay coupon!

I’m not sure if this is for all accounts or what the exceptions are on this coupon, but I just purchased some inexpensive beads and it worked perfectly!

I don’t usually buy much on eBay except for jewelry making supplies.  I ended up buying the already made necklaces only because I needed to bump it over $3 to use the coupon.
