I love garlic and this fermented black garlic on Amazon looks interesting. I remember when I was a kid, my dad would eat raw garlic – so I tried it too. There is no such thing as too much fresh garlic. I also like to roast garlic for a more subtle flavor.
Roasted garlic is so simple. Just cut the top off the bulb and drizzle a little olive oil over top before putting it in the oven. I use a muffin pan to hold the bulbs.
