Brickseek to elimate price records for Dollar General searches.

I may stop searching for Dollar General remodel locations soon.  Brickseek just told me that they will be discontinuing the pricing records for Dollar General searches.  These records are already not showing correctly and in many cases not showing at all.  The pricing records helped me quite a bit … to retrace someone else’s searches and know what areas to put more time into.

I think the renewal for my $30 monthly Brickseek is due around the 18th … and I am pretty sure I am going to cancel at this time.

Not only are the pricing records inaccurate, but Walmart in-store pricing no longer works on Brickseek in most cases either.  So, the only two stores that I used Brickseek for are both very limited now.

Also, the time between searches this morning was quite long.  I get distracted between searches because I just can’t sit staring at the screen that long.  Seriously, LONG!  Is it possible that they throttle how fast a search will come back?

I love being able to help others when I can, but with Brickseek not working correctly and eliminating some features, I don’t think I can do it with the tools now available.

I hope things change for the better so that I can continue, but I’m not sure now.  Keep an eye out for updates soon.
