Dollar General Buy one get one FREE starts today on select seasonal!

Dollar General is having a three day sale that starts today for buy one get one free on select seasonal merchandise. 

Some of these items are already marked down – but markdowns may vary by store.  

The links and UPC’s for you to check your stores to see where they stand on prices right now are after the categories in this post. 

Also, remember that there are usually exclusions.   

Buy one get one free – Thursday 9/12 through Saturday 9/14.

OOOOOHHHHH … that means Friday is the 13th!!!!

Okay back to the sale: 

  • BOGO lawn/garden (excluded: charcoal, fans, grills, most coolers, fuel, lighter fluid … scan UPC with DG app to verify)
  • BOGO spring home (green dot) – also may have exclusions.
  • BOGO swim/summer (pink square) – also may have exclusions.

You will most likely have to purchase 2 of SAME category (example: 2 pink square) to get buy one get one free.  I do not think they are mix and match.  

When you scan with the DG app, if it is included you will see a note at the bottom of that product page for buy one get one.  Also, some stores may vary that are only buy one get one 50% … we have no affiliation with Dollar General, and they tend to mix things up here and there.  So, check your stores before heading out.

If you want the best selection, you might want to go today … or you could wait until Saturday to use the $5 off $25 digital coupon in the DG app.
