Dollar General Clearance Event starts today!

The Dollar General clearance event is set for May 10 – 12.  It starts today!  Most stores will be an extra 50% off clearance as well as select seasonal.  Some items will be 50% the regular price.  Also, there may be some stores that have 70% off instead of the 50%. 

Break down of the clearance event: 

Orange tag clearance & clearance area – extra 50% off (these may be as low as 10% off right now, so you would get 50% off the price after the 10%.  For example: $5 item on clearance for $4.50 … extra 50% would make it $2.25.

Always recheck prices with the DG app as items can end up in the clearance area that do not belong there. 

Extra 50% off select seasonal including: 

  • Brown Dot Home (symbols are found on/near the price tag)
  • Gray Dot & White Dot Apparel 
  • Red Triangle Socks 
  • Calendars
  • Fall / Winter Hardware
  • Select Electronics
  • Select Window Decals

There may be additional clearance not mentioned and some items may be excluded.
