Dollar General over $30 in products for $6.16!

I did much better than I had planned!  The scenario that I  wrote out a couple days ago included the Ajax that has the buy one get one free digital coupon right now.  Well, that item was completely sold out at my local Dollar General, so I had to improvise a bit.

My scenario includes printable coupons as well as digital coupons.  And while I have been told that most Dollar Generals will accept the $5 off $25 digital even after you use paper coupons, I am afraid to try it.  I asked the manager (who was running the register) if he would mind totaling it first before the paper coupons.

My local store is the best for coupon use.  They don’t take any crap for people misusing coupons, but if they are legit coupons, they will make them work.

The Kellogg’s coupons that I used are from Kellogg’s Family Rewards where you can use points that you accumulate to get rewards, I just get coupons as my rewards.

I am pretty happy with being able to substitute while in store and still get a great deal.  This is my husband’s account.  We didn’t do one on my account today.
