Dollar General Penny List for Tuesday, Aug 9!

We have a nice little penny list for Dollar General starting on Tuesday, August 9th! Before I post the list, I want to note that stores CAN refuse sale if something is past the best buy or expiration date.

Remember that penny items are supposed to be pulled from the sales floor by the employees. We get what they miss … it’s kind of like a treasure hunt! These items may be long gone in some stores as they have been on clearance for a while now.

We are not affiliated with Dollar General, so we don’t ever know for certain that these items will penny until Tuesday morning. Always scan the items with your Dollar General app to ensure the price is what you think it is. Also, be sure your app is set to the correct store as sometimes these penny lists vary by store.

Please do not make a mess of the store while trying to find penny items. If there are similar items in clearance, scan them too! You never know when there will be “surprise” pennies. Surprise pennies are penny items that are not on a list but are found accidentally by shoppers.
