Dollar General Penny List & Markdowns for Nov 1st

The Dollar General penny list for November 1, 2022 consists of Halloween balloons. Most other Halloween including candy should go to 25% off tomorrow. There may be exclusions. The UPC’s for the balloons are listed below.

I actually have not seen any Halloween balloons this year. I don’t know if my store didn’t get them or I just didn’t see them.
