Dollar General Penny List, Penny Puss 2.0 app for Remodels, and FB Remodel “paid” Group …

I’m going to start off by saying thank you to everyone who helps with my groups behind the scenes.  Thank you to anyone who messages me with information that they find.  Thank you to anyone who has bought the Penny Puss 2.0 app, those of you in my paid group on Facebook, and anyone who has contributed to my coffee fund.  

Thank you to those of you who post pictures in our Facebook group too.  If I forgot anyone, just know that I appreciate all of you. 

When I first started the new Penny Puss 2.0 app, remodels would markdown store specific items to 50% … most people would wait to buy until the store pennied.  Now “most” remodel stores are closed when they penny … so you have to go and see if there is anything left and possibly items that are still a penny being restocked.  But also, the stores are now 70% off on store specific items before the remodel … this makes it a little more tempting to buy before instead of waiting for the items to penny. 

The Penny Puss 2.0 app does take a bit to update because it’s all done by me manually entering the information.  This is where the paid Facebook group comes in … and I realize that it is not for everyone’s budget.

The paid FB group is $10 per month and I post the current list and newly added remodel stores each Monday (so break it down to about $2.50 a week for that group).  Unfortunately, these are only street address and zip codes due to the time restraints.  You have to do a quick search to find the city/state … but most people know the zip codes around them.

If you all don’t follow my Facebook, my brother who I hadn’t seen in almost 12 years showed up at my house for a lunch on Monday … it was a lunch that I had planned with other family members.  

So, it took me a little bit longer to update the Penny Puss 2.0 app this week due to his visit and spending some quality time with him and other family. I do apologize.

Anyway, I just wanted to update what is going on … and if you only want the penny list, well …

New markdowns include 50% off purple dot home, purple clover (I believe this is the cheapy heart stuff), and 4th of July/patriotic.  There are probably exclusions as always.

My son and his family moved back this way just a few weeks ago too.  I feel like I have really been blessed.
