Dollar General Penny Shopping is changing – for the better!
The news is out! It’s posted everywhere – even on the doors at Dollar General! There is a NEW and FREE penny shopping app. DG Go! Okay, the DG GO app is really not a penny shopping app, it’s a price checker – yeah, but I’m going to say, SAME THING!
No more guesswork! The Penny Puss APP with DG Penny Finder will guide you with the penny lists as well as deep discount clearance so you know what to scan. I am going to do a temporary price cut on the Penny Puss APP to celebrate the DG Go app! If you don’t have the Penny Puss APP yet, you might want to grab it. Why? Well, you can’t just scan everything in the store! You still have to have some idea of what people are getting! The discount might take a day to go into effect, so check back.
There is NO other app out there, that tells you the clearance categories and percentages!
So, go download the DG GO app.
The gray DG Go can do price checks, coupons, and cart calculations. Remember that you still must put your phone number in the keypad for coupons to come off!
The green DG Go are stores that can do all of the above AND you can checkout through the app.
Ignore the reviews on the app. This is a game-changer! For me, however, I cannot get the store WiFi to work. I had to turn on Bluetooth, but turn off WiFi and be toward the front of the store. Still, it’s real-time prices!
This app is going to be an awesome tool for finding hidden clearance too! And, no more price checks!
