Dollar General remodel locations UPDATE

If you read my posts, you know that Brickseek told me that they will be eliminating Dollar General pricing records on their site.  The pricing records have already become inaccurate on a lot of the items that I check.  In their email they tell me that they are not “real time” … yes, I know what they are.  I used them to help locate the Dollar General remodel locations and would search locations around those areas.  The pricing records were a big help.

So anyway, besides Brickseek eliminating more tools for their paid subscribers, we are also going into the holiday season and Dollar General is most likely slowing down on the remodels for now.

I have not found any remodel locations this week.  I will also be going in to Paypal to remove my subscription to Brickseek.  I have mostly used Brickseek for Dollar General remodel locations and Walmart in-store prices (which also doesn’t work anymore).

I’m not going anywhere, but I am busy working my other “job” which is resale in a local store.  I will still try to find good deals to share with you all.

By the way: I registered the domain PennyPuss.com April of 2014.  It’s almost my 10 year anniversary!

Anyway, it sure was fun finding the remodels and sharing them … and trying to make a difference for those who can’t afford to pay for the remodel locations.  I love seeing everyone’s amazing hauls too!

I don’t know what will happen in the coming year with Dollar General remodel locations, but I hope that I can resume finding them … somehow.
