The page is a little confusing, but every time someone purchases a pair of insoles from Protalus, they add another pair to give out for free to military or a first responder.   To get your free pair ($4 shipping fee applies), you will need to verify your status.

I verified that I am a military veteran and received the email and a code.  I wanted to check it out before actually posting this.  I got to checkout added my code and it took the entire amount off and added a nominal $4 shipping fee.

I did not order the Protalus insoles as I really don’t need them and want to leave it for someone who does.
