If you have never shopped at CVS or seldom do, this is a good time to go in and get several free or cheap items for very little out of pocket. Depending what items you purchase, for as little as $10, you can walk out with $40-$50 worth of products.

This is because at CVS,  if you buy an item that  earns extrabucks, you can  use them to pay for your second transaction and still earn new extra bucks. Just do multiple transactions to keep your out of pocket low.
