Giant Eagle: Genova Tuna Deal!
Giant Eagle has my favorite tuna on sale this week! Genova canned tuna is as low as 99¢ each when you buy in groups of 5. Tuna macaroni salad is also one of my favorite comfort foods.
Tuna macaroni salad is so simple to make and an awesome leftover! I don’t really do anything special in making it, but I do like celery in mine.
All you need:
- Cooked elbow noodles (or other similar pasta)
- Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (or whatever you prefer … I don’t like most other mayonnaise.)
- minced celery – I like a lot of crunch in mine.
- drained tuna (as I already said, Genova brand is my favorite)
- salt/pepper to taste (I also add a bit of celery salt)

Be careful in buying the tuna though. Depending on the variety, it actually ranges from 99¢ to $1.49 depending on the beginning price.
