My holiday celebrations start tonight with the beginning of winter and the return of the sun.   Winter is beginning, but summer is coming!

The shortest day
a day of hope
for the light to return
and warm the earth.

I am having a small celebration at my house tonight with my sister’s family, my son’s family, and my grandma.  We will eat, drink, and dance naked in the yard.  (Just kidding about the dancing naked part!)  I look forward to the longer days and the return of life in my yard and garden!  I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!  I hope you are blessed with everything you need and more!
