HOT Find at Walmart yesterday!
Yesterday, I went to Walmart to look for a deal that I had seen on Brickseek for some LOL dolls. I did not find any of those. But, I did take a quick walk through the clearance aisle and found two small refrigerators marked only $50 each! I bought one and another lady came by and was looking at the other.
This is proof that you do NOT need to pay for Walmart+ or Brickseek to score hot deals at Walmart. Although, it does help with some. I pay for both and did not know that this went to $50 until I was at the store. Brickseek is showing that it added it 3 hours ago … when it’s long gone from my store!
The UPC for this items is: 190873004103. You can look it up on Brickseek to see how much it is at your local store. Walmart clearance prices vary greatly by store.
If you pay for the $9.99 subscription to Brickseek, just think about this. How many Halloween items have you seen in the markdowns? I’ll answer that … “Not even a TINY FRACTION of what Walmart had in store.” In other words, while paying for Brickseek might give you a boost in what to look for, they are not in any way giving you all the markdowns – not even close.
You are getting (sorry for the cliche) Peanuts! As am I, because I am paying the $9.99 subscription.

With Walmart+ though, there are other benefits. I have ordered a few smaller items for shipping and they shipped free, which is a benefit for Walmart+ beyond being able to see clearance prices in store. I do think they are going to be a decent rival for Amazon Prime. Although, I did not thinks so at first.
I do not like to purchase 3rd party sellers on Amazon and it is much harder to filter down to only “shipped and sold” by Amazon. Walmart allows you to filter by retailer and this saves me a lot of time. As a blogger, I will probably maintain my Amazon Prime anyway, but I have ordered a few items that I would normally order from Amazon, from Walmart now.
The nice thing about Amazon Prime and Walmart+ is that if you send gifts to people in other states, either one really pays for itself in the long run. Shipping is so ridiculously expensive – especially to send a box or care package all the way across the country. I can get all kinds of awesome clearance, but then sometimes pay more for the shipping than the contents.
So that’s that!
Happy shopping!
