Possible FREEBIE for Tractor Supply Neighbor’s Club members!

If you are a Tractor Supply Neighbor’s Club member, check your email!  I received an email for a free 5 lb bag of Canidae dog food (up to $17.99 value).  I don’t know if all members got this or just select members.

So, check your email.  I’m sorry that I cannot share the actual code as the coupon is most likely a one-time use coupon.  But the email will look like the picture inside this graphic.  Also check your SPAM mail, just in case.

You may not think Tractor Supply would be somewhere you’d want to shop, but they do have some nice items.  I am trying to slowly buy enough stock tanks for my garden next year.

I bought one tank early this year and am very pleased with the results.  My husband drilled holes in it and put it on bricks for drainage.  I grew peppers in it and a couple small sunflowers.  I bought two more tanks when I received a coupon in my email earlier this week.  Yes, they are expensive, but I hope they will last for years to come.  We never know what could happen to the supply chain (as we saw this year) and I think it’s a great idea to try to grow some of our own food.  I have always liked to garden, but am getting a little more serious about it … if that makes sense.  Also, if you are like me and prefer organic, you know there are no chemicals in your own veggies – unless you put them there!

The bunnies chewed through my plastic garden fence this year … and something took a few bites out of my tomatoes.  I don’t really mind the bunnies … but the plastic fence didn’t seem to do much except keep the local roaming cats out.  In previous years, I have had trouble with local cats coming into my garden and using the soft earth to do their business.  So, I guess the fence worked for that.  I will still probably have the fence … a deterrent for the cats, but I’d like to build a nice raised garden that will be easier for me and my husband to take care of.  My husband said he’s not a dirt farmer … but he still helps me when I ask.

Well, enough about my garden … for now.

Happy shopping, you all!
