Problems may arise with today’s Dollar General penny list.

I didn’t think about this when I posted the penny list for today, but some over the counter meds have restrictions on how many you are allowed to purchase at a time.  This will supercede the penny policy.  By law, stores are only allowed to sell certain quantities of certain products.  Please do not insist that they ring up the rest in separate transactions as they could get in trouble for this.

I am just giving a “heads up” here … I don’t know what ingredients these specific medicines contain, but want you to be aware, just in case this happens.

Also, there is a wine list going around that is supposed to penny.  We do not have alcohol sales in our DGs.  I don’t know anything about that list, and unfortunately even if it is correct, I will not be listing it on my site or in the Penny Puss APP with DG Penny Finder as I am unsure of the laws dealing with alcohol.
