There is a new Scotties Tissues printable coupon available!  Scotties are only 98¢ at Walmart and $1 at Dollar Tree.

• Walmart: 98¢ – 65¢ = 33¢ final price

I do not think Dollar General carries the Scotties brand, but I could be wrong.
