Savings Tip: if you live in an area that has a lot of stores nearby, take advantage of all the “loss leader” deals at each store. “Loss leaders”  are super cheap items, (like these notebooks) that draw you into the store, in hopes you will buy regular priced merchandise as well. Almost every store will have a few “loss leader” school supply deals this time of year. As long as you aren’t spending a lot of time or gas to get to each store, it’s a great way to save.
