Update: The orange clearance tags at DG are ringing 1/2 off!

Dollar General is having a clearance event starting today.  The orange tag clearance were not on the receipt that stated what was included, but they ARE ringing half-off.  YMMV!

I really think sometimes they try to confuse everyone with their sales and clearance.  The receipt clearly mentioned which items were included in the clearance event.  But, the signs in the stores are different than what was printed on the receipts.  It is STILL possible that some items will not ring up correctly.  I only bought a couple items and it did work.

I only got a couple things, because I don’t have any coupons ready since the orange tags weren’t supposed to be included.

I did run home and print 2 Centrum coupons for $1 off … made these only 87¢ after 1/2 off and coupon!
