Valentine’s balloons pennied at Dollar General!

Valentine’s Day starts their clearance almost everywhere on Feb 15.  Some stores mark it down faster than others.  Dollar General Valentine’s Day merchandise is as follows:

Valentine’s Day merchandise and some gift sets (left over from Christmas) are 50% off.  Ask for a price check if you are unsure.
Valentine’s candy and baking is 25% off.
Valentine’s balloons pennied!  Be sure you get the right ones, because I think that Dollar General carries some heart balloons year round.
