With the gardening season right around the corner, it would be a great time to stock up!  I really need to start canning vegetables too … but I don’t have the confidence for that yet.

I made adult freezer pops with mine a while back.

Adapted from a couple different recipes online.

• 1 can Minute Maid lemonade concentrate (freezer section)
• 1/2 cup Admiral Nelson coconut rum
• 2 cups ice
• 2 cups water

Put it all in a blender and pour into pouches.  Seal pouches and then freeze them!  Perfect summer coolers!

Also, as I mentioned, you can use the vacuum sealer to keep items dry and waterproof if you are going swimming or camping.
