30% off JCPENNEY even Clearance online! YMMV
Okay, there is no code for this. This is something you have to be patient and wait for. I have done this several times and have gotten 30% off clearance items that are excluded in their regular coupons. Yes, right now at this posting there is a 30% off $75 or more, but it excludes clearance.
There still may be other items that do not qualify due to the brand of the item. Add clearance items to your cart. I bought some sweaters. Look around a bit. You may get a free shipping popup … accept it! If you don’t get the 30% off popup, just go back later and check your cart again. It’s random, so you have to be patient. This is the screen you should get. It took a couple days the first time, but you might be lucky and get it quicker. I cannot say that you will get this for certain though. Also, I was on a PC and not on a mobile device. I’m not sure if that matters.
As I said, you will need to go to the JCPenney website and add stuff to your cart. I am not sure how the popup decides when to popup.

Click on “Thanks” in the red box when/if you get the popup! It will apply 30% off to even clearance items! There are some items, like Disney that are not discounted though.
