DG Rewards!

Check out the new DG Rewards.  You can “earn” an discount off a future purchase when you buy certain items at Dollar General now.  This is a little confusing to me, but these “rewards” show as manufacturer coupons and state “Only one manufacturer coupon (printed, digital, or mobile) may be used on a single item”.

So, how will these work?  What if you have a digital manufacturer coupon and a reward?  Which will it take first?  These rewards are tracked and you will need to enter your phone number at the register every time.

You can see them here:
DG Rewards

Or you can find them on the Dollar General Digital Coupon page under the category “DG Rewards”.

UPDATE:  The Tide, Downy, Bounce reward has updated, it looks like this now:

The first 3 shown expire 12/31/19 and from the description, it seems like these will track on your account over multiple purchases.  I’m not sure what the last one is … it only says how much you have to spend, not what your actual reward will be.

I scanned a couple of items with the Dollar General App, but it does not show the DG Rewards under the items.

  • Details: DG Rewards Offers are different than DG Digital coupons. Once you select this offer it will be displayed in the DG Rewards Center the following day.
