Dollar General 3-Day Sale – BOGO + some already discounted!

Dollar General is having a 3-Day sale (it’s in the weekly sales flyer) for “buy one get one free” green dot home, swim and summer, as well as lawn and garden. There are lots of exclusions, so be sure to scan the items with your DG app to show the price in your store.

The sale starts Thursday, September 15th and ends Saturday, September 17th.

I want to stress that you MUST have the correct store selected as stores are differing right now on clearance percentages on the included items.

Your store may be 25% – 50% off on swim/summer and lawn/garden … and full price, or up to 50% off on green dot home.  The few stores that I visited yesterday (all within about 20 miles of each other) were different.

Some exclusions are hoses, potting soil, citronella fuel, propane, coolers, fans, grills, heaters, charcoal, and even some bubbles and chalk.

Here are a few items that you can check to see what your store percentages are:

First, here is a green dot beehive canister. The regular price is $6. If you check this UPC in the DG app before the sale starts, you can tell if your store has green dot already on sale.

Here is a lawn and garden faux plant UPC that you can check.  Regular price is $5.
