Dollar General: 3-pack of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna 85¢!

Dollar General has the 3-pack of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna on sale for only 85¢ – regular price is $2.95!  My store was fully stocked on the shelf, maybe 30 packs or so.  I grabbed 12 and paid only $10.20 for 36 cans total!  That’s just over 28¢ a can!

Tuna macaroni salad is one of my favorite comfort foods and I will be making it in the near future.  I usually have an nice stockpile of tuna in my pantry anyway, but I couldn’t resist getting more at this amazing price.

Here is the UPC, if you would like to scan it with the DG app to see if your store shows the same price.  To type it in the app, you will need to go to “scan” and then there is a space above it that you an put in a UPC code.  This is just in case you cannot find it searching only by product name.  Stock is not always accurate in the DG app.  Some stores may not carry this product at all.  As always YMMV (your mileage may vary).

I checked online, because I didn’t want to go to the store this early, but they are sold out online.

Then I thought about doing a pickup order, but thought maybe someone would get to the store first and clear the shelf.

Anyway, you get it … now go get yours!
