Dollar General 40% off select Dog & Cat Food / Litter!

Dollar General has some good deals right now on clearance dog and cat food (and even a kitty litter).  This is kind of unfortunate for me, as I just introduced my cat to Rachel Ray indoors cat food and she actually likes it.  Now they are discontinuing it.

I did pick up two bags of the Rachel Ray cat food for my cat today for only $3.05 each after printable coupons.

  • Rachel Ray Dog Food – there are two varieties that are originally $6 each.  They are 40% off, making them only $3.60 each.  There is also a $2 printable coupon that you can use to make a bag only $1.60!  Rachel Ray Dog Food Printable Coupon Link

Also, check your digitals and Ibotta rebates!  Roxie had a $3 off digital coupon making her bag of dog food only 60¢!  Thanks for letting us know, Roxie!

  • The Arm & Hammer Clump and Seal is regularly $6.50, but with the 40% off, it is now only $3.90.  Plus, Arm & Hammer has a $2 off clumping litter coupon, making it only $1.90 after printable coupon!  You can get the coupon here: Arm & Hammer Cat Litter Printable Coupon Link

I don’t see any coupons for the following clearance dog foods, but these are also on clearance and 40% off.  If anyone knows of coupons that can be used with these items, please let us know so we can share the information with our readers.

  • This Old Glory Dog food is originally $2 and with the clearance percentage, it is now only $1.20.  There are no coupons that I am aware of for this particular product.

  • The Cesar Filet Mignon 5 lb dry dog food is originally $8.50 and now only $5.10 after the 40% off!  I cannot find any coupons for this product at this time.

  • The Gravy Train Meaty Classic and Beefy Classic are regularly priced at $3 each and now only $1.80 with 40% off.

  • I don’t have a picture of this product as it was out of stock, but the shelf tag shows the Dog Chow small dog 3.5 lb bag on clearance.  The regular price is $3.65, but after the 40% off, it is only $2.79.  (I need to check this … I was sure I scanned it and it said $2.79, but the math doesn’t add up).

  • The Canine Carry Outs Pork Chop Minis are also 40% off making them only 60¢ (regular price was $1).

  • Temptation Cat Treats

Be sure to verify prices in the Dollar General app.  They may or may not be marked as clearance in the store.
