Dollar General Alabama: 6 remodel stores!

Check it out! There are 6 Dollar General stores in Alabama set to remodel soon! It looks like at least one should be pennying out this coming Sunday! YMMV. You will need to do a bit of your own searching to be ready for your local remodels.

All remodels differ. These stores all show the Mission Ridge Jeans as 50% off. They may all be in different stages of markdowns. Not all items penny at all stores. ALL remodels vary on items! You need to be ready for your store. Choose your store in the Dollar General app to see prices in THAT store.

When a store is getting ready to remodel, sometimes the frozen food goes to 50% off the week before the remodel. So, it is best to check in your app first thing on Sunday morning if they prices have changed to a penny.

Here are the stores that should penny soon, the one has 50% off frozen foods right now. Personally, I don’t bother with remodels unless they are about 15 minutes from my house or less. You are never guaranteed anything. The stores are supposed to pull the penny items. We get what they miss.

But, it’s a great time to go bargain shopping! With some items at 50% off BEFORE the remodel, you can still score deals! Some clearance items may even have coupons that attach.

Here are the Alabama stores that should be remodeling soon. I am not an authority on remodels, but I’ve been to a few. Be ready with a big shopping bag or hand basket in case you cannot get a shopping cart. Shoppers go early to get there before anyone else, so you may be out of luck on a basket or cart.

Friendly DG Penny Shopping with Penny Puss

As I mentioned earlier, all remodels are different. Some items clearance at one store and not at another. For your particular store, you need to go into the DG app and look through categories for what is marked down at your store but not at others. Here are some suggestions to get your started, but definitely not a complete list.
