Dollar General free store remodel location list for Minnesota.

Dollar General free store remodel location list for Minnesota.
These are stores that are most likely getting ready to remodel soon.

You can get deals up to 50% off before a remodel and then the Sunday before the remodel, the store gets a penny list of items to pull!

Remember to be kind to employees and other shoppers. Please do not make a mess of the store.

I am not an expert at remodels, but I have been posting about Dollar General penny shopping since 2014.

We are not experts on remodels. You will need to check your store as well as use the Dollar General app to check prices in your stores.

If you look up a location, and it shows “pot pies” means that some of the frozen and refrigerated items are at 50% now and those location “should” penny this coming Sunday.

Here is the link to Brickseek inventory checker to check:

The frozen and refrigerated items most likely will NOT be included in what pennies.  It is just an indication that the particular store will penny the Sunday after the frozen goes to 50% off.

I went to an upcoming remodel that showed pot pies as 50% off and this is what I found! These items do not usually go to a penny, so you will need to get them while they are 50% off. Not all stores do this with the fresh/frozen though.

The frozen and refrigerated foods do NOT usually penny, but many of the other 50% off items do. You will need to search your DG app for your store and add the clearance items to your list. Check early Sunday morning to see if the items all changed over to 0.00. Then do a couple spot checks by manually putting some of the UPC’s in the app to make sure they are 0.00 or 0.01.
