Dollar General HOT deal on Lowes Gift Cards!

Right now, Dollar General has a promotion for $5 off (2) select gift cards and Lowes gift cards are included!  I have a list of items that I want to get right now, so this is perfect timing!

Sure, you can buy gift cards as “gifts”, but with this deal, you might want to buy some for yourself!  That is what I am doing.  It looks like the lowest amount of Lowes gift cards that you can get is a $25 denomination.

But, if you are a veteran or active duty military, you can also save 10% on most items at Lowes!  You have to be signed up for the Lowes Military Discount Program.  Then, you just give them your phone number when you at the register at the store.  You can also get the military discount when you order online, but be sure to pick up your order yourself or make sure the person picking up has a military ID.  They may ask.

So not only did I save the $5 off $50 on the gift cards, I saved $4 on the whiskey barrel planter I wanted too!
