Dollar General Mini Fruit Roll Ups – same but different price!
Halloween clearance is 70% off right now at Dollar General, but I was a bit confused yesterday when I grabbed a bag of the Mini Fruit Roll Ups. They rang up $4 which is full price. I figured they must have reset, but they did not.
They put out an exact same package of mini Fruit Roll Ups for the winter holidays, but with a different UPC on it. As you can see in my picture, the bags do look alike, but the UPC’s are different.
This is one of the reasons that I always stress to check the prices with the DG app to verify in your store. Also, Dollar General can change things at any time and could reset the old UPC too.

This also means that there could be the Halloween UPC ones “hiding” with the new ones if the employees don’t know about this!
