Dollar General ONLINE 90% off Haul!

Remember last week when the carry over (purple tag) gift sets went to 90% off?  That was Tuesday … and I checked Dollar General online, but they only went to 50% at that point.  In the past, sometimes online would be delayed a bit.  So, when I got up on Wednesday morning, I checked again.  The gift sets as well as the other Valentine’s Day items were 90% off.

So, of course, I put in an order for a decent amount of stuff to make up for the shipping fee.  Shipping was really reasonable for this huge box of stuff though.  Only $6.99 shipping!

The items in the video are some of the gift sets that are scheduled to penny tomorrow. Although, for future reference, I have seen some items that mark down online that don’t markdown in store (and vice versa).

You can see on my receipt that I ordered and received 38 items at 90% off. The items ranged from 10¢ to $1.00. With the shipping costing $6.99, that adds approximately 18¢ per item and I didn’t have to waste any time and gas running around looking for them!

Items usually mark down online as long as they are still available, but they are usually (I say usually) removed when they penny.  I have, in the past, ordered nice penny hauls online though.  I had a couple nice shipments of penny clothing.

Please remember to be kind and do not make a mess looking for pennies (or clearance).  The employees work hard enough without them having to clean up after us.
