Dollar General Penny List for Aug 27! Confirmed!

We’ve been on a roll lately, a penny list almost every week!  This week is no different.  If you are new to penny shopping at Dollar General, please see PennyPussApp.com to find out the basics.  Please don’t ask where the pennies are in the store.  If the employees thought there were pennies, they would pull them.

I hope you all found some good deals this past weekend during the Dollar General Clearance Event.  You still have some time to get out, if you didn’t already.   I grabbed a few more things at a store tonight that was 70% off.  I even found a couple rolled Comfort Bay rugs that were ringing up clearance.  I knew about the Super Value rugs, but not the Comfort Bay.  I also got some Birthday Froot Loops that were clearance plus I got coupons from Kellogg’s Family Rewards and even bought a couple higher value coupons with my points.

Okay, so back to Tuesday’s penny list.  Mr Penny Puss wasn’t thrilled to be working today, but he’s a good sport!

I got 12 boxes at my local store.  They have good dates too!  Aug 31 and Sep 7.

We’ll let you know first thing Tuesday morning if the Summer BBQ foods go to 90% and when we have verification that the muffins are definitely pennies.

These could be located in various areas in the store.  Not all stores carry the seasonal Hostess.  Remember that these are Hostess, not to be confused with similar products from other brands.
