Dollar General Penny List for March 3rd!

I hope you all had fun shopping the Dollar General Clearance Event! Today is the last day for for it, then Monday, the prices go back to the price that they were before this event. And then, on Tuesday, a LOT of stuff pennies! Woo hoo!

Tuesday, March 3rd, the following categories should penny.  Please check back in the morning on Tuesday as we do try to verify the items BEFORE the stores open in the morning.

UPDATE:  Tuesday morning, spot checking shows that these are pennies.  There may be some exclusions.  When Christmas pennied, we had the same issue that some items did not go to a penny, so use your DG app and check prices!

  • Valentine’s Day seasonal including candy.  The leggings and t-shirts are excluded.
  • Back to school stationery and select backpacks.
  • Red Dot home
  • Gift Sets

Remember to check items with the Dollar General App as there are always exclusions.  If you get an item that does not ring what you thought it would, just ask for the item to be removed and that you don’t want it.

There is also new clearance.

  • Winter Hardware should go to 25% off

  • Fall Hardware should go to 25% off

  • Fall Stationery should go to 25% off
