Dollar General Penny List for May 17th
The Dollar General penny list starting May 17th is Easter. It does not look like Easter candy, however, will penny. Easter candy may only go to 90% off. We have no affiliation with Dollar General and they can change anything up at any time. Sometimes stores vary on sales, clearance, and penny items. For example, my hometown store has 50% off Memorial Day flowers through May 30. I went to another store (in the same zip code) and there Memorial Day flowers were only 25% off. Also, this has been the case for brown dot home items. I found one store early on that was 50% when most stores were 25% … and my hometown store was full price. I think they all are pretty much 50% on brown dot home now. YMMV

Blue and gray dot clothing, shoes, and accessories should go to 90%

I found out through my former boss at my local DG that the Angel Soft is being discontinued as well as Charmin bath tissues. The Angel Soft 12 roll that is normally 5 dollars will be discontinued. I do not know exactly when it will start but she gave me the heads up on it. Plus my former store is being renovated as a different kind of Dollar General in July, one that carries mostly household goods like decorative things for the home. The clothing is being taken out of our store this includes shoes. I hope this helps some others on here.
