Dollar General Penny Shopping List – March 2

The Dollar General Penny List for this Tuesday includes a bunch of seasonal clearance as well as a few beverage items.  Please note that these items should penny Tuesday, but we have no affiliation with Dollar General and do not know for certain until they are purchased in the store.

Remember that you can scan items with the Dollar General app to find out prices.  Occasionally items may be different at the register from what is shown in the app, but that is rare (as long as you have the store set to the correct location).

Here is Tuesday’s Penny List:

  • Valentine’s Day decor, party, socks, seasonal INCLUDING candy
    • Herr’s cheese balls and pretzel $5 barrels should be included
    • Bridgford summer sausage should be included
    • Welch’s sparkling juice “should” be included although it did not come up as the extra 50% off in this past clearance event.  So, it may or may not be included.  We will check first thing on Tuesday morning.
  • Purple square gift sets that were carried over from Christmas (purple square hand sanitizers seem to NOT be following and full price).
  • Propel Enhanced Water 24 oz select flavors
    • Kiwi strawberry 52000003390
    • Berry 52000003383
    • Grape 52000003420

There may be exclusions, so again, please check prices with the Dollar General app.  If you accidentally get something that you are not willing to pay the price it rings, just ask them nicely to take it off and that you no longer want that item.

I will be working Monday to add more visuals to the Penny Puss App with DG Penny Finder.  You can find the app in all the major app stores.  You don’t have to purchase it, but it does help to have visuals.

You can see the other Dollar General penny lists on our post:

Additional markdowns starting Tuesday:

  • Fall and winter hardware 50% off
  • Calendars 50% off
  • Bendon Books Floorstand 25% off (I will get a list up soon, but they are only 25%, so not really a big rush to buy them).

Happy shopping!
