Dollar General Surprise Pennies!

We had quite a few surprise pennies at Dollar General yesterday. Be on the lookout for the items in the video. Always verify on the Dollar General app by scanning the UPC in store. The DG app is accurate most of the time, but be sure to keep an eye on the register while they are ringing up as occasionally the app is different than the register.

Yesterday, when I was out clearance and penny shopping, one of the stores I went to had all the prices ring up wrong. The 90% was ringing at 70% and the penny items were full price.

I showed the cashier the price shown in the Dollar General app and a supervisor came over and did an override on prices.
