Dollar General Surprise Penny List – My Saturday Haul!

We had a surprise list come out on Friday! I kind of new about the list but did not have it in hand and I didn’t know when it was supposed to actually penny.  I overheard a manager at a local store when she was scanning everything in the home aisle.  She seemed stumped that she could not find the items that she was supposed to pull.

I guess she thought that they already pennied.  And, I assumed it was a bad list.  We all know DG changes things up.  So, when I heard that the list pennied on Friday, I assumed there would be nothing at all at that store.  I was totally surprised when I found so much!  I loaded up my cart and was kind of feeling bad for her as she actually tried to get them pulled.  Yes, that is my cart!  I scored some decor and a bunch of frames.  My husband was quite happy about the penny picture frames!

These items are most likely only at “Home” stores.  You can tell this kind of store in that they have a larger home area and most likely carry little to no clothing and shoes.
