Dollar General Toy Deals!

The 50% off select toys ended on Sunday, but there is a new promo out for toys.  Right now you can get $5 off $15 on select toys.  While it’s not as good as they extra 50%, this promotion is supposed to include the blue star toys too!  The blue star toys are the newest toys and were not included in the deal that ended Sunday.

The sign for the toy instant savings says that it “includes blue star, yellow star, and blue dot items”.  When I scanned some yellow dot toys, the savings came up on my Dollar General App and when I scanned a blue star toy, it did not come up.  So, check your toys in the Dollar General App to see if they are included.  If you purchase $15 of the toys that are listed on the signage, and it does NOT work, you  may be able to get them to override, since it is posted.

Just remember to watch prices.  This toy promo is going through Nov 27, the day before Thanksgiving.  I do not know what kind of Thanksgiving/ Black Friday sale they are having on toys yet.

There is a 3-day sale on toys coming up starting this Thursday though.

The  sale is from 11/21 – 11/ 23.

Select toys will be “buy one get one free” or “buy one get one 50% off”.  I do not know if any of the toys in the 3-day sale have dots or stars or if they will stack with the instant savings.  Looking forward to Thursday!
