Dollar General: Valentine’s Balloons are confirmed a penny!

Valentine’s balloons have been confirmed a penny today at Dollar General.  Please note that there have been regular heart balloons in the past that are not considered Valentine’s Day, so scan with the Dollar General app to verify.

I figured they would penny today as I said in the post earlier about Valentine’s markdowns, but due to the weather I have not gone out today.  If you have a picture that you would allow me to add to this post and the Penny Puss app with DG Penny Finder, please let me know.
