Ending Pantry in January.
Amazon has sent out emails to those who were still subscribed for Prime Pantry. It looks like they are going to move many pantry items back to “regular” Amazon. I would think many of these items will then become “add ons” and only be able to be ordered as Prime if a threshold amount has been met.
Of course, this is just me guessing, but that is how they did it before Pantry. For now, they have reduced the minimum for Prime member to get Pantry shipped to a $25 threshold for free shipping. Otherwise, it’s $5.99 shipping. Non-Prime members pay $5.99 for all shipments.
