Here is the salsa I just made. Quick and simple with the canned tomatoes and adding onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and jalapenos. It turned out pretty good too!

There are no tasty tomatoes this time of year … at least not here in Pennsylvania stores.
