I have the green color and really like them. The nice part is that you can water all layers from filling the reservoir at the top. These come in “original” or “leaf”. I decided on the original because the pockets are deeper and you can plant root vegetables as well as leafy vegetables.
Here are a couple pictures of mine. I have early beets growing in the top, the middle is Bulls Blood beets (planted a little later), and the bottom is radishes.
I just planted the one on my porch with leeks and a couple of rosemary plants. I still have quite a few pockets to fill.
Anyway, check out their planters. They are nice. Each layer of the original GreenStalk requires approximately 1 cu ft of potting soil.
