How to get free admission to the Pittsburgh Zoo in April!
Before I tell you how to get free admission to the Pittsburgh Zoo in April, I want to tell you gets free admission year round.
If you are active duty military, reservist, or a veteran of the United States military, you can get free general admission to the zoo. This is only for the member and not the member’s family.
Military Free Admission to Pittsburgh Zoo with appropriate ID
Also, children under 24 months are free.
But, everyone else also has a chance for free 1-day admission during the month of April!
The Pittsburgh Zoo is having what they call “Electronic April”. Earn free daytime admission to the zoo when you recycle select small devices.
Accepted devices (in any condition) include:
Cell phones (any age)
Tablets and eReaders
Smart watches (Apple/Android)
Digital cameras
MP3 players
GPS devices
Handheld gaming devices
Guests presenting a small electronic at admission gates immediately receive one free admission per listed device on their day of arrival in April, as well as a 10% off coupon for Zoo retail items valid for the day of their visit.
LAPTOPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
