Regular price starts about $9.49-$9.99. However check your store for 50-75% off clearance. My stores still had a lot at 75% off. They moved them just this week to the clearance shelf. Your store may still have them in the regular spot.
Clearance prices (75% off) at my store ranged as low as $2.07 for Colorista, up to about $3.50.
Rite Aid policy is not to give overage but policy says they will reduce the coupon(s) to the value of the item(s) to make them free.
The haircolor will also track for the “spend $30 get $10 bonus cash deal.” Clearance usually tracks as well, but will need to confirm.
