Oster Roasting Pan – last minute Thanksgiving Deal!
If you are all like me … hopefully not! But I seem to be last minute on everything. I always think I am ahead of the game, but find out that I am missing something. So anyway, I went to Walmart today to grab the last few things that I need for Thanksgiving dinner which included a roasting pan.
I was not happy with any of the roasting pans that I found, so I searched the Walmart app for “roasting pan” to see what else they had. Maybe I was missing something? So anyway, the results showed an electric Oster brand roaster for $25 online … and it also said that it was in stock. But I looked up and down the small appliance aisles and pretty much was giving up on it. Then, I stumped upon it over in the big aisle between sporting goods and dishes. There was a big stand alone display. The price, however, was $29 and some change. But, that is where Walmart WILL price match! They will price match their own online price IF it is in stock.
It was simple too. I told the cashier that I would like to price match it to the online price and she put in a request through her register. Didn’t take long at all. So if you are in need of an electric roaster, be sure to check the online price if your store is more. The only thing now is finding enough free counter space to use it!
