Price cheat sheets for Dollar General’s Clearance Event

Happy Clearance Eve!  I am so excited about this clearance event!  My stores seem to all be doing the extra 70% off!  Well, at least the ones that I talked to today.

The  clearance event starts May 31 and runs through June 2.

There are going to be some good deals out there!  Even if your store is only doing the extra 50% off, there will still be good deals, especially if you can find products that have coupons available!  Please check with your store to see what percentage they are doing.

Here again are the included items:

  • Mother’s Day (already 70%)
  • Select ASOTV (varies)
  • Yellow Dot Toys
  • Purple Dot Home (varies)
  • Memorial Day Flowers (already 25%)
  • Inspired Baking (already 70%)
  • Select Electronics (already 70%)
  • Orange clearance stickers (varies)

If your store is having the extra 50%, here are some cheat sheets.  Please see the top of each chart.  I don’t think we will need the 90% + extra, but I included them just in case.  These will also be available in the Penny Puss App with DG Penny Finder.

If your store is extra 70% off, use these charts.  Please screenshot or print and take them with you.

The charts only go up to $40, but I think there is at least one electronics item that is $50.

So if your store is extra 50% ($50 x .3 = $15 and the extra 50% would make it $7.50)

If your store is extra 70% ($50 x .3 = $15 and the extra 70% would make it $4.50)
