Up to $50 off on Yankee Candles!
Right now, there is a coupon for $20 off $50 or $50 off $125 or more for Yankee Candle. The discount cannot be taken off of clearance items, but clearance CAN be used towards the cart amount to use the coupon! I know, are you thoroughly confused now?
So, most Yankee Candle promo codes cannot be used on sale or clearance items. They usually have a disclaimer saying “full price only” or something like that, but this coupon is working nicely if you want to mix up some sale/clearance with some new full price items. They have new 5-wick candles that you might have had your eye on.
Obviously, you can buy $50 full price items and get $20 off your total … or buy $125 and get $50 off your total, but this is working better than that!
Here is an example:
- Buy (2) $50 clearance Festive Fragrance tote bags ($100) total
- Buy (2) full price 5-wick tumblers ($53)
Use the promo code FEBSAV22 – valid through Feb 6, 2022. The $50 off $125 or more comes off because you met the threshold to use the coupon (at least $125 in this case) and have at least $50 in full price for it to come off of.
Of course, Yankee Candle could change this up at any time. Another scenario to use this coupon:
- Buy (5) of the clearance $15.50 candles ($77.50)
- Buy (2) of the 5-wick tumblers $26.50 ($53)
The $50 off $125 works because again, you have met the threshold of $125, AND the amount of full price merchandise is over the $50 mark.
If you were to have more of the threshold met with clearance. Say, 2 totes ($100) and 1 5-wick $26.50 candle in your cart. You have met the threshold, but only $26.50 will come off because you do not have any additional full price merchandise to come off, so it will be pro-rated.
If you prefer to buy less, you can do this (or a similar scenario), but you will need at least $50 after coupon to get free shipping:
The above scenario is using the lower threshold to get $20 off $50. You have over $50 in your cart and over $20 in full price merchandise for the discount to come off. And, you get free shipping with $50 or more order (after the discount).
